We want you and your cat to be completely happy with your KittiCo purchase. Here is everything you need to know about returns.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) required

How to Return

1. Email us at support@kittico.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (US orders).
3. Ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of heavy wear or pet damage from use
• Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
