Because The Mental Load Audit is a digital product delivered by instant download, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges in the traditional sense — once the file is downloaded, it cannot be "returned."
However, we stand behind our workbook completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at noahstephenwhite@gmail.com within **30 days** of your order and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund, please include your order number in your email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
We do not offer partial refunds.
